We assist in managing your Chair practice so you can focus on guiding your members as they grow their business; setting appointments, emailing confirmations, creating documents, and interfacing with members on a variety of monthly housekeeping items. We can even make calls to potential leads or candidates and assist in replenishing your funnel. Any task that you would hire a front desk person to do full-time, we get it done part-time and virtually.
Q: How long does it take from when we agree to move forward, until we start?

A: Katie's mother taught her not to brag. We strive to have chemistry with our clients that creates a very intimate and special relationship. We are representing you, not 100 of “you.” We also have a healthy disdain for typical call center experiences. Our model is to work with fewer companies or people, in deeper relationships, for longer periods of time. We exist almost exclusively from referrals and happy clients. And frankly, we're a bit old school, cutting through all the "white noise" and just talk to people. Amazingly simple and authentic, different these days.
