Job Description: Call Katie Brand Ambassador
A valued member of the Call Katie Team as an Independent Contractor, you will be supporting our executive clients and responsible for the professional execution of the following responsibilities. Must be dependable, reliable and responsible.
Client Support:
Maintain a highly motivated, energetic, and professional attitude. Every day is a “can do” day!
Able to generate a minimum of 20 or more effective calls per hour, execute all hours as assigned.
Able to learn and use computer systems like Excel, Word, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, etc.
Effective at setting appointments, communicating ideas and concepts, and being enthusiastic.
Be responsive and provide feedback to other team members (what works, what doesn’t).
Be responsible, follow the specifics of the campaign, and be trustworthy. Our clients are CEO’s and business owners, they require a high level of professionalism and accountability.
Be available to the Call Katie Operations Lead as needed during normal business hours.
Qualifications:
Because we call on senior level executives and business owners, to perform this job successfully the successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
College degree required, or significant professional life experience
Two or more years of direct or indirect sales experience
Prior telephone experience required - if you've set appointments, great!
Must be able to speak clearly and have pleasant phone mannerisms.
Detail orientated and organized - details and organization matter!
Need to be able to sit for two hours at a time (or more)
Must speak, read and write English
Needs to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Computer literate in the areas of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, LinkedIn and willing to learn new programs as needed.
Must be responsible, professional and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Must be able to think on their feet and able to hold a high level conversation.
Must have their own computer, headset and high speed internet.
In addition, this person must have a quiet home during calling hours to provide the highest quality of conversation.
Job Type: 1099 Contract, long-term, 5-20 hours per week.
